Behind the Brand
Daniella is a holistic Health Coach with a background in social work who is passionate about living a healthy, sustainable lifestyle and embracing the power of our natural selves. Her brand, the Beauty Shift is focused on taking an inside out approach to beauty and wellness. Whether you're dealing with any form of beauty, health, or wellness issues, or you're just looking to improve your overall well-being, Daniella and her team of healers want to help you address it, implement tweaks, and support your healing both internally and externally. She also launched a spin-off of the Beauty Shift, the Fertility Shift, helping women who are having fertility issues. Through her comprehensive program, she's able to help women naturally work through their fertility issues and go on to have beautiful babies without the use of conventional medicine.
When I met with Daniella, she was at the beginning phases of building her business. She had a simple website that wasn't converting, no branding and was really looking to build a brand and website that aligned with her and her ideal clients. She needed her website to serve multiple functions now and allow her space to grow it in the future by designing e-courses and training programs and memberships for her clients.

Brand Strategy
Beginning with a few pieces of pre-project homework, I had Daniella start with a few exercises including my Brand Archetype Quiz, an in-depth questionnaire to help me understand her brand better, and collaborating with me on a mood board. After everything was complete, we kicked off her project with strategy session to understand The Beauty Shift's goals, vision and ideal customer. We went through her archetype quiz results, her questionnaire and the mood board she created. Through our exploration, we identified a few different key points to communicate:
Support the Journey
Daniella's approach to health and wellness is unique. As an advocate and firm believer in holistic healing, and someone who struggled with her own skin issues due to stress and conventional medicine, she knows the power of a healthy diet, loving and nurturing your body and that overall health and wellness start from the inside out. Giving them several options to work with her, whether working with her one-on-one through one of her services, by reading her blog posts, download her free resources, buying something from her carefully curated shop, or eventually joining her membership to gain access to her bank of resources, trainings, courses, etc., she wanted everyone to have an opportunity to heal.
Natural, Supported & Nurturing
As we developed her brand strategy, it was clear a large part of her mission was to guide her clients along their path to true health and wellness. She wanted to create a space that felt cared for, nurturing and met her audience right where they were at in their journey. Danielle sourced a team of "healers" who lived by the same mission and vision, who had in-depth knowledge in their fields and could help her clients reach their health goals. It was an important part of her long-term vision that The Beauty Shift would help women make a shift in their daily lives that led to true internal health, and helped them to heal some of their deepest health concerns. From skin and acne issues to stress, anxiety, weight gain and extreme weight loss, she was focused on an inside-out approach to beauty and health and wanted to convey the message that her audience was safe, guided, protected and nurtured with The Beauty Shift.
